The First Blessing: Be Fruitful
"Let Food Be Thy Medicine," by Gregg & Elke Noll: How nutrient-dense foods can build your immune system and protect yourself from many of the diseases that are currently plaguing our society. In addition, we'll have food demos that will show the ease and convenience of eating healthy.
"Exercising Your Way to Better Health," based on the work of Dr. Fuhrman. We'll share best practices of keeping your heart and body fit. We'll also have time to walk among the trees with fresh air enjoying the beautiful land of Innabah.
"Energy Medicine," by Diane Faure: Diane will present a brief overview of what our bio-energy field is and how it affects our health. Diane is a Certified Eden Energy Practitioner. "Energy Medicine awakens energies that bring vitality, joy, and enthusiasm to your life—greater health to your body, mind and spirit." To learn more go to: http://www.innersource.net/innersource/
The Second Blessing: Multiply
"Insights and Skills for Building Strong and Loving Marriages and Families," by Jim & Hiromi Stephens: Jim and Hiromi will share two presentations. The first will be about the "Five Languages of Apology" discovered by Dr. Gary Chapman, known for his bestselling book "The 5 Love Languages." The second presentation will be on the "Lighter Side of the Differences Between Men and Women." From their 31 years of marriage and 9 years working in marriage education, Jim and Hiromi have accumulated lots of valuable insights that most couples don't know but can greatly increase married and parenting happiness. Join us in some thought-provoking and challenging presentations that will be followed by plenty of time for questions and answers.
The Third Blessing: Dominion of Love of All Things
"Community Building," by Rob Sayre: Rob, one of the "founding fathers" of the Shehaqua Community, will talk about the importance of community and well-being. We all want a sustainable and healthy future for ourselves, our families, communities and the world but what does it look like, and how do we get there? How do we practically go about building a culture of heart on a community level that not only enhances the well-being of ourselves & family but also the planet we live on?
Update on the EPIC (Eastern Pennsylvania Intentional Community) community (optional meeting): EPIC has been gathering for the past two years, creating a vision for a life together as an intentional community. (link to the flyer attached) Gregg Noll & Neil Angelino will present and facilitate.
