Planning Meeting and Shehaqua Fall Festival

Hi Everyone,

Thanks so much for making this a summer to remember... camp is truly a slice of the kingdom of Heaven. In an effort to ever improve camp we will be having

our planning/reflection meeting on October 23^rd or 24^th in the Southern NJ area (place to be announced in mid September). At this meeting we’ll be reviewing all aspects of summer camp and begin planning for God’s Day 2011.

Also, we are in the beginning stages of planning for the Shehaqua Fall Festival which will be held September 24-26. Many exciting things are being planned; hay ride, family games, crafts, sports, hike, camp fire and of course the famous Shehaqua Hoedown!

We’ll be having a conference call Monday night (August 23) at 9 pm for all those who would like to contribute in helping to organize the Shehaqua Fall Festival...
