Families will reserve campsites on Monday, July 27th for 3 days (which means from July 27th at 3 pm to July 30th at 3pm).

There are two camping loops that are preferred for our families:
First preference is loop 45-70 and if this loop becomes full then the second preference: Loop 12-44

Registration steps:

  1. Reserve your camping spot at Hickory Run State Park:
    1. Go to the campground reservation system at Hickory Run State Park.
    2. Select the camp loop. We will try to use Loop 45-70 first and Loop 12-44 second
    3. Select the days. Choose Monday, July 27th as the starting day (not flexible). For length of stay type ‘3’. This will give you a reservation at your campsite from 7/27 at 3 pm until 7/30 at 3 pm.
  2. Complete the registration, including payment on the website, which will total around $25 per night or around $75 total.

    1. Subject line: Shehaqua Week 2 2020 registration
    2. Your name and the campsite number you have reserved
