Meal Serving Coordinator

Needed (Specific to Winter Retreat): 1 person

Time required: Right before singing starts until halfway through the meal

The meal serving coordinator's assignments include:

• Guide servers to fill pitchers with ice water, and place a pitcher and cups on each table
• Coaches meal servers on how to serve efficiently
• Make sure the set-up for the meals is complete: All appropriate condiments are out, and there are enough plates and utensils in all the necessary places.
• Replenish items that are getting low, i.e. syrup
• Clean up spills when necessary
• Keeps the food lines moving smoothly
