Time required: Right before singing starts until halfway through the meal
The meal serving coordinator's assignments include:
- Coaches meal servers on how to serve efficiently
- Make sure the set-up for the meals is complete: All appropriate condiments are out, and there are enough plates and utensils in all the necessary places.
- Replenish items that are getting low, i.e. syrup
- Clean up spills when necessary
- Keeps the food lines moving smoothly
- At Camp Innabah: Guide servers to fill pitchers with ice water, and place a pitcher and cups on each table
