Shehaqua Council Meeting in Delaware

(l to r) Doug Ashley, Haydee Ching, Laurel Nakai, Sue Stoia, Chris Bush, Oliver Noll, Gregg Noll, Sunkwon Bush, and Claude Aubert. Mike Stewart participated via Skype.

Nine members of the Shehaqua Council met on April 12 for a one-day meeting in Delaware. After a well-received team-building activity led by guest presenter Eric Wenzel, the Council spent about five hours discussing council governance issues and our next election, Shehaqua finances, and circle work. The council also discussed and passed several policies. Everyone agreed that the meeting was very fruitful, and that meeting in person created a nice atmosphere and improves the sense of connectedness. The Council meets bi-monthly via Zoom video conference calls throughout the rest of the year.
