Greetings to all,
This past summer we had an exciting new program at summer camp: The Health Getaway at Camp Shehaqua.
About 35 people participated in a focused education forum discussing many topics all related to maintaining and thriving in our physical bodies. Take a look at the Health Getaway Booklet and if the topics and articles in there are of interest to you please visit our Facebook site of "Shehaqua Earthlings" to become part of the earthling community. There we discuss various health topics and support each other along our journey to better and better health.
